Yoga for healthy stomach.

In this yoga pose you sit down in a lotus position.slowly life your left leg with your both arms and gently and easily put it behind head .Do the same with other leg .It is natural and common to fall down while doing with the second leg.I fell down first 20 times and then I got it.

Once done try to sit up straight ,make sure you are not bending from the back.This will make you fart ,it’s ok you are not the only one.Excuse the foul smell but be happy that it is actually a sign that you are doing it properly and thus you will receive its  many benefits.

From controlling appetite to easy bowel movements.

It is called dwi pada sirsasana.
